It’s the next evolution in providing focused and functional data.

How does it work?
Our service starts with an initial install of a tiny bit of code on your server. Your data is then synchronized with our servers utilizing encryption and data isolation.
Our Practice Metrics Reports are automatically generated and delivered to you as a secure PDF file in your email inbox. Anywhere you can access and open your email you will have access to your reports!
You’ll also have access to the Hub, our centralized practice metrics portal. We’re rolling out the Hub’s access in May, 2026.
Where do I Login?
at The Hub
The Hub is our newly launched centralized place to access all of your reports online! (rolling out May, 2026)
Its responsive design allows you access via smartphone (Andriod OS or Apple iOS), tablet, Windows, Linux, or Mac. All of our metrics are also still automated and sent to you via email on a regular schedule. Reports are still available in your email inbox without you having to remember to do anything besides open and access your email.
How do you protect my data?
What about Protected Health Information in reports?
Any report that includes Protected Health Information is encrypted with a unique password before it is sent. The password is never shared via email and is only accessible to whomever you give access.

We currently support:
Open Dental (versions 18.1 & greater)
Dentrix (G5 and newer)
The Dental App
Currently, cloud-based software are not supported (Dentrix Ascend, Curve, etc.)

What is your refund policy?
Is Divergent Dental available in my country?
Currently, Divergent Dental is only available in the US and Canada. Privacy laws in different nations prohibit us at times from being able to provide services to certain provinces or countries.
Many countries use differing code systems for the dental billing systems than those in the US and Canada. Our reports are designed with the US Dental System in mind.
